humorous more then anything with a dash of pure psycho, number 1 was all serious while this has a few funny scenes in it , little bit over done as it focuses too much on the killer, but still really good and worth the watch.. do i prefer it then number 1? yes and no ,they both present different things besides the killer.

I don't mind the blood and gore, but this film, by putting the serial killer as viewpoint character, the film becomes something unpleasant and ethically repugnant to watch. There's nothing to the film but reveling in his actions and in the Despicable actions of others. There's no statement being made a commentary on society.

This is the worst movie I've seen since Battlefield Earth. Obviously it was purely made for money because there is no plot. And what little story there might be is destroyed by ridiculous 'twists.' Seriously, don't bother.
