Deputy Lou Garou spends most night shifts at the local police station soused. He casually neglects his duties as an officer of the law in a one stoplight small town run by drug traffickers. On a fateful evening, after hitting the bottle hard, Garou ends up in the woods the unwilling participant of an occultism ritual. Not before long and in glorious grizzly details, he transforms into a werewolf and finds with it a deadly new self-confidence. Now imparted with heightened senses Garou takes to fighting crime with a vengeance, sniffing out the scent left behind at murder scenes, bullying bad guys and taking back the town as well as the night such is the animal magnetism he has over the ladies. I didn't think I'd find it as much fun as I did. There where even a couple of twists I wasn't expecting. Lou's detachment and general apathy was rather amusing. *Hm, I have a giant satanic symbol carved into my chest. Oh well, gotta put my shirt on for work.* He barely seemed to care, but really how can one react to that?
