قبل أن تكون وندر وومان، كان اسمها ديانا، أميرة الأمازون، المدربة لتكون محاربًا لا يُقهر. نشأت في جنة على جزيرة معزولة حتى سقط طيار أمريكي على شواطئهم وحكى عن صراع ضخم يتشعل في العالم الخارجي فغادرت ديانا وطنها وهي مقتنعة أنها تستطيع إيقاف التهديد. تقاتل ديانا كرجل في حرب لإنهاء كل الحروب، وستكتشف قواها الكاملة...ومصيرها الحقيقي.

I'm sorry, but I don't like this movie. I hate war-based movies, especially ones that act like War Profiteering, Arms Dealing, Mineral Companies, War Propaganda, and the messed up nature that of both sides that this movie takes place in aren't "real" to this kind of fiction as much as it is to reality. Still very awful that the sequel basically supported rape, tho. Edit: Rewatched this movie, it's even somehow worse than I remembered.

This is the most standard superhero movie of all time. It doesn't do anything particularly bad, but it doesn't do the character justice either. It drops the ball so hard with Ares that it's not even the same character. It's a stretch to give it a 3.

(2.5 stars/5) Ok superhero movie that doesn't move the needle much in terms of innovation or execution. A fair number of plot holes, forgettable support characters and leaps of logic along with muddled, poorly conceived 3rd act are main WW's faults that keep it from being a better film.
