Anthony Hopkins is Burt Munro -- a man whose story continues to amaze and inspire today. In the late 1960's Burt set off from Invercargill, New Zealand, to clock his bike at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Utah. A 68-year-old man with a bad heart and a shoestring budget. A 47-year-old bike with makeshift tires, no brakes and no chute. It would seem the odds were well and truly stacked against Burt. Seen it before. An amusing character. Comical with a light hearted entertainment. =)

Great Movie except Anthony Hopkins accent sounded more like an English Somerset accent than a Kiwis

Great story adventure of a not so young hero who achieves a lifetime goal ....good watching
