As others have said, Google is inept at content distribution. For many, the Play app refuses to play movies. I had another bad experience: Wreck It Ralph has completely vanished from my library. At this point, with all the problems I've had, I'm abandoning Google's services. There's simply too much risk involved for a consumer like me to continue bothering with it.

This is my first and last purchase from the Google movie side of the house. I am on a slower DSL connection and even on lowest quality it pauses constantly to buffer and often error out. I use Netflix and Amazon all the time with almost no issues and while I like Google products for the most part I have no intention of using their movie store in the future. **play store on Google TV box does not have the download option**

Wreck- it Ralph is no longer the good movie at all because the characters I liked from the Mario series and from the Sonic series did appear in that movie and this upsets me very, very much!!!! I don't think I would ever watch this movie again in my entire life! Unfortunately, I do not recommend people watch Wreck-It Ralph! I think they should have done a lot better job of this movie because they have very least characters. I also think that Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Toad, Princess Daisy, Yoshi, and Bowser Junior should have appeared in Wreck-It Ralph. I am so, so, so, so, so, so, so hoping for the sequel to Wreck-It Ralph.
