Within the Wrong Turn franchise this remake is worth watching, especially if you have seen the others. Its more of a thriller/horror and less gore. It was filmed in my home town so i loved seeing all the local landmarks, definitely an added bonus. Of you have seen any of the others you WILL enjoy this movie

Best Wrong Turn in the whole franchise. The sequels were okay but this is really the only one you need to see if you're looking for a good entertaining horror film. The movie is gory yes but it's also scary because you don't fully see what the killers look like until half way through. So it totally builds up the suspense making it darker and scarier than the other five films. Wrong Turn 2-6 relies too much on blood and guts to make it a horror film. They're fun to watch but no where near as good as this one. It's worth the rent, it's not as bad as the people in the comments say it is.

I watch ALL horror movies. I have seen the whole spectrum, from total crap to incredible. This movie pretty bad. I am telling you. The surprising thing was that thr actors were quite good, the visuals were terrible and the scary scenes were way predictable. It just looked like they were running in a circle in the woods by mutants that looked like zombie rednecks. I gave this movie 2 stars ONLY BECAUSE I guess I have seen worse. ugh. LAME
