The people on here complaining about the plot have forgotten one key element, THE MOVIES ARE NOT THE COMICS... The story that this movie tells is compressed, some things are left out, others are stretched, and people need to realize that if they want a story just like the comic books it would have to be 3-7 movies long, and probably animated. Great movie, effects are low budget but fine, and the guy he fights at the end is just not Deadpool so get over it he is just a chimera.

But this is not one of them. Logan's origin was up for debate until recently, and that was on purpose. I liked the orgin story in the comics, and was not expecting them to use that as a storyboard for the movie. That being said, I feel like Hollywood just peed in my face with this one. And Ryan Reynolds should have read the script and refused this if he was a big a Deadpool fan as he said he was.

Not only does this destroy Wolverine's past (which was mysterious until that horrible comic came out giving a really awful back story and a silly first name to Logan), but it destroys tons of other character's histories too. This was terrible, and the writer and directors should never make another film ever again. Thankfully the The Wolverine movie was more true to his background and drew heavily from Frank Miller's series in the 80's.
