This is a very challenging workout. For beginners, remember this is a video, not a class: slow the tempo, do fewer reps, skip the wieghts, focus on your form, and if you're hurting stop the vid and do your cool-down stretches. Intermediates can do as-is, and she provides even harder variations for advanced students. This has the advantage of being expansive-movement based, so for those looking for a low-impact workout to boost flexibility and strengthen the back, this is it. Not for those with knee/hip issues.
