The first half hour is dull and the acting- pretty poor. But after the attacks start, the film picks up and turns what could have been a 3.5/10 film into an overall 7.5/10. Its violent, gory, and suprisingly really funny! Reminds me of 'Scream'. Eventually the film goes from survival horror- to creating its own genre. The main protagonist reveals to be more badass than Neve Campbell (Scream). The story itself, as the plot is revealed, is really witty.

I loved this movie, there's plenty of gorey kills, good acting and genuinely funny moments without it turning into a horror comedy. Ignore the negative reviews, give it a watch & see for yourself!

As a horror movie enthusiast, this movie gave me what I wanted. It's not the horror movie of the decade but then, it never really is... The cast is good and I personally think the end makes the movie.
