This Tasmanian-born, wild-haired office clerk doesn't rest at discovering the Theory of Relativity, he takes another giant leap in human thought when he invents the traditional theory of rock 'n roll by transforming his classical viola into an electric guitar. I was 14 when this came out and I loved it from the first time I watched it. It's been awhile since the last time I watched it but that's mostly because I haven't seen it anywhere else. Now that I know it's on here I'm getting it.

I love this movie. I grew up in the late 80's and the 90's and they do not make movies like this anymore; glad to see it is still around and not forgotten like so many others from thast time.

One of my favorite 80's movies they just don't make them like this anymore but definitely a good family funny movie
