About this movie

A decade after Zombieland became a hit film and a cult classic, the lead cast (Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone) have reunited for Zombieland: Double Tap. In the sequel where the comic mayhem stretches from the White House and through the heartland, these four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.

This came out far too late... No one wanted a sequel and it really feels like a paycheck for some of these actors. The two female leads especially have nothing to do or say in the film. The jokes don't land, most of them are silly or gross humour. It's a poorly written film that has nothing to say. Zombies are old, nothing new or notable here.

If awful and irritating are what you look forward to in a movie, then by golly, this is the gem for you. The script premise aptly surmises the word contrived as Harrelson tries his best to deliver pointless jokes, all the while as Eisenberg does enough to make sure his check clears. They earned the right to a straight-to-DVD release, but are pandering to lowest common denominator in the hopes of becoming a cult classic.

I un-preorder it bc it's taking mad long to come out. Bet it would be a good movie but I ain't wasting my time for it to come out. If anyone is reading this. Wait for it to say "Buy HD" or "Buy 4K" or even say rent. Because I don't want anyone waiting this long for a movie to come out to watch on their phones or laptop's or computers. Thanks! This ain't no hate so I hope you won't take it like that. I love Zombieland and I really wanted to watch part 2.
