Damn this is a hard movie to watch. It starts well with an interesting dynamic of a couple with a large age difference starting a life in a run down house. In the second act things start to get a bit strange with unruly visitors and ruined parties. Unfortunately the movie goes south in a major way in the third act when it just turns into a fever-dream. There are some truly disturbing scenes towards the conclusion and in the end it makes no sense whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

This is a very artistic film, (a very religious allegory). The film itself doesn't make much sense unless you heard the main idea behind it. When I watched it the first time, I didn't know much about it and it didn't make sense at all and many things seemed unnecessary. However, when one hears the idea behind it, it makes sense. However, still wasn't too convinced. Overall, most people love it or hate it. I personally think that a film should be self contained and if the film is not clear without additional context and info., it's not a great film. Having said that, the actors are great. The scenery is good. But, I didn't like it.

In NO WAY a 'horror masterpiece'. Simply random rubbish from beginning to end - I kept watching hoping it would improve but was left disappointed The idea was obvious, but the execution? Entire nonsense, even to the end of the credits. Anyone 'blown away' by this has EXTREMELY low standards. Spend your valuable time cleaning an oven or watching your phone charge.
