About this movie

Inside Job' is the first film to provide a comprehensive analysis of the global financial crisis of 2008, which at a cost over $20 trillion, caused millions of people to lose their jobs and homes in the worst recession since the Great Depression, and nearly resulted in a global financial collapse. Through exhaustive research and extensive interviews with key financial insiders, politicians, journalists, and academics, the film traces the rise of a rogue industry which has corrupted politics, regulation, and academia. It was made on location in the United States, Iceland, England, France, Singapore, and China. © 2010 Sony Pictures Classics Inc. All Rights Reserved.

A fascinating expose of the greed that led to the collapse of the global economy, unfortunately, the film strays into pure activism in the final minutes. Regardless, if you watch this and don't want to punch a banker by the final credits, you're not a human.

Very well put together and a great expose of the financial system that will leave you angry by the end - unless you're a Wall Street banker.

Clears a lot of what happened. It gave me a better understanding of what actually took place. But obviously one needs to do more research to have even clearer image.
