Not bad... Great film with a cool way of delivering the information, however, what I got from the film was pretty limited. Most of the facts I already knew (I feel like most people would also). The film portrayed 'fructose' (the natural sugar from fruit) as the evil sugar but then promoted our kids eat more fruit and veg in the films conclusion. There was also very little discussion on the dairy sugar 'lactose'. Probably the only thing that really stood out to me was the statement of us juicing fruits into a perceived healthy drink, when actually all we are doing is concentrating sugar or the fructose. Overall, i'm glad I watched it, I also bought the book (special at Kmart) , but wouldn't bother watching it again.

THE BEST documentary about sugar, eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle. This will help anyone easily understand the effects that sugar has on your body at a biological level! Which will open your eyes to why we like it so much - it's addictive. But sugar causes weight gain and rapid health deterioration if consumed too frequently and without balance. This film will surprise you at how much of our food has sugar hidden in it, therefore, it will teach you to also avoid most processed foods and eat fresh fruits, nuts, vegetables and meat. This will also help you have an idea on how to loose weight and provide a few hints on healthier food options for the same price as junk. It's great motivation to eat healthy and you can still eat junk if you keep track and balance what you're eating - ignore calories worry about fat and sugar!

Awesome film, after seeing this you surely can not be ignorant anymore when shopping. The clear message: eat as much fresh and unprocessed foods as possible and drink water 😊
