Billy and Ellie’s marriage may be on the rocks, but they don’t know the meaning of the word ‘chaos’ until Billy’s wayward brother arrives and spreads his unique brand of mayhem to the family, their neighbors, and eventually the entire town of Guppie, South Carolina, as it prepares for its annual festival. Turns out, though, that all the havoc might just be the spark Billy and Ellie need to patch things up.
