Katherine Kingsmen is a hard working single mother. She knows that the most important thing in the world to her eleven year old son Kesley is to make the school football team.

Two missionaries, Elder Brock and Whitehall, come to Katherine’s home one afternoon as she and Kesley are practicing football passes. Brock and Whitehall see Katherine’s determination to help her son and offer to spend time with Kesley to prepare him for the tryouts. Katherine is thrilled to have their help and begins to realize that she has a strong attraction to Brock. As they spend more time together, Katherine and Brock become more romantically involved. Katherine becomes conflicted over her new relationship and her feelings for Kesley’s father, Ian, who would still very much like to reconcile and bring their family back together again.

When Brock realizes that Katherine may still have feelings for Kesley’s father, he become more possessive and sees Ian as a threat. Unknown to Katherine and the church, Brock has a hidden past that will put all of them in danger. As Katherine digs deeper looking for clues into Brock’s lies, she realizes she must find a way to save herself and her son from his obsession.

Ratings and reviews

Original story, believable, beautifully shot intimate scenes, very creepy and definitely made me jump more than once. Solid performances by all of the actors, great writing--strong build up of characters leading to the dramatic unraveling of events leaving you guessing until the end. Enjoyed the cinematography also, very "green" and my only criticism would be the believability of someone as beautiful as the lead actress working at a junkyard. Can't wait for my next visit from the Missionaries! LolZ

Never made sense of emotions and why he's so fudged up. I mean he was not a good stalker. I would just shoot him so easily. Don't bother.

Real missionaries have too much structure for that one crazy one to get away with anything like this. They'd be sent home immediately. They have 4 different types of leaders checking on them often to make sure they are okay.
