Joined by a trio of hot-shot recruits including former Olympian Matt Brody (Efron), they'll ditch the surf and go deep undercover to take down a ruthless businesswoman (Priyanka Chopra, TV's “Quantico”), whose devious plans threaten the future of the bay. Ratings and reviews

Ok, so it isn't really 4 stars - more like 3.5, but it would have felt mean to only give this movie 3 stars. There were lots of genuine giggles and clever moments in this script. Not sure what I was expecting, but it was so much better than I thought it would be (hence my generous score). And hats off to Zac Efron for trying hard to play a role not really in his wheelhouse. I encourage other skeptics to give it a go - I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Its meant to be a piss take movie, so if you dont like that sort of thing then dont watch it but I thought it was funny and did a good job of making fun of Baywatch in a respectful way.

Just a silly movie, ok if you're into that thing. Plenty of other options if you're not
