About this movie

When Chloe (Kristen Dalton) and Michael Carpenter rent out the cottage behind their house to charming romance novelist, Robert Mars (David Arquette) their American dream soon turns into a suburban nightmare. Things go horribly wrong when Chloe begins to suspect Robert is not who he says he is and she soon realizes that she's in the fight of her life to protect herself and her family.
