O.K. For kids but averege for the adults. The production of this film is lazy, dumb, & bad. The background/jungle settings is more woodlands than rainforests. Most of the wolves are actually husky dogs. (By the way: almost every animal/side characters don't belong in the jungles of india), there is one moment of poor editing, & even the animals are abused in the making of this film! The voice cast is O.K. (Brian Murray is great for a friendly bear role, The cast for the wolves are perfect, Eartha Kitt is the worst choice for a female black leopard, Stephen Tobolowski is perfect for a nasty sidekick heyna, Sherman Howard is a great choice for a tiger who is a menacing badass, & Marty Ingles voice is fine for an old wise asian elephant.) they had some good actors, but at times the voice acting is badly directed. Performances by the animals went from good to fakely bad. The dialogue went from good to downright awful. Brandon baker as mowgli is a good choice but his acting performances are mediocre (somtimes weak). Kaa the snake is not in this film. Robert Folk's music score is Top-Notch! The story almost stays true to the Book. Overall: this film is worth a rental.
