Super good film. This movie screams 80s slasher film. The characters are great, the deaths are memorable, and the Jason costume is my favorite in this movie. This is definitely my 2nd favorite in the series (right behind the original). 8/10

Very good second entry in the franchise that spawned 11 sequels after the 1980 film. Friday The 13th Part 2 is definitely worth the watch, ESPECIALLY if you liked the original. In my opinion there really isn't a bad Friday The 13th movie except for Jason Goes To Hell, Jason Goes To Hell was the worst one in my opinion.

After watching the first movie, I really came to respect this movie a lot more as a powerful sequel. I love how they made Jason the killer in this movie and then in later movies. And to be honest, I prefer the Bag faced Jason than the hokey masked Jason. That's just me though. The intro is a bit lazy but still enjoyable. The kills are also really creative in this one. I love it! (A-)
