Bailey (James Gandolfini) is the owner and operator of a rundown amusement park on the Jersey shore. But when a mysterious French stranger (John Magaro) appears carrying the ashes of Bailey’s younger sister and claiming to be her husband, dark secrets begin to be unearthed.
