One very lucky 18 year old living in the projects realizes everything is about to change when he discovers he is holding the winning Lottery Ticket. One slip of paper is his ticket out. Fortune, a life of ease, everything he could ever want ... and everything that all of his neighbors could ever want as well. When word gets out that the holder of the winning ticket lives in the projects, everyone inside will do anything to get their hands on it!
