A team of war veterans form a vigilante group to protect the citizens of the gang-ridden South Point district of Atlanta, Georgia from ruthless street punks. They discover that the increased violence in the neighborhood is a gang plot to cover up a major heroin smuggling operation. The vigilantes hijack a $15 million drug shipment setting off a battle more treacherous than anything the men ever faced in war.
