When an army veteran, suffering from PTSD, returns home to the Ozarks to look for her estranged brother she finds an abandoned boy in the woods. As she searches for answers about the child's identity, she discovers a mysterious world of folklore, clan rules and lies, and will ultimately have to put her own life at risk to protect the young boy and find the truth.
