Set in modern-day Britain, HARRY BROWN follows one man's journey through a chaotic world where drugs are the currency of the day and guns run the streets. A modest law-abiding citizen, Harry Brown is a retired Marine and a widower who lives alone on a depressed housing estate. His only company is his best friend Leonard . When Leonard is murdered by a gang of thugs, Harry feels compelled to act and is forced to dispense his own brand of justice. As he bids to clean up the run-down estate where he lives, his actions bring him into conflict with the police, led by investigating officer DCI Frampton and DS Hickock.

The one star is for the idiots at Google who have put this on the market front page only to tell us it ain't available in our region. Hang on my 3 year old daughter wants some sweets. Let me show her the packet and then tell her they are not available for her! Please Google sort this out.

This is a very good film and well acted, I watched it on DVD several months ago (in England) and thoroughly enjoyed it. As for it not being available in the UK via the Android app store, I agree with the rest of my countrymens comments. Also... ''Ain't that so bloody Yank (google)'' maybe give an explanation as to why it not available in it's country of origin!

There are some boys that jar a bit like how he gets guns etc. It has a small element of Gibson's Payback in that the bad guys universally misunderstand the hero's motives.
