About this movie

Herbie is a puppet cop who is tired of being treated like a joke by the human officers on the police force. When a string of violent, drug-related crimes rock the seedy Puppet Town neighborhood, Herbie sees an opportunity to prove himself to the force and help clean up the streets where he grew up. Herbie must work together with his hapless human partner Sanchez to track down the dangerous puppet drug dealer Rainbow Brown, who will stop at nothing in becoming the most powerful criminal in the city in this black comedy.

Ratings and reviews

It was entertaining to say the least. Oddly enough, the plastic eyed cotton filled puppets have more range and skill than some of the human actors. Overall, though, not bad at all.

It was good it gave originality to the movie as in the first big puppets movie.
