Raising three young daughters single-handedly and juggling the problems of America as a respected advice columnist, Dan Burns (Steve Carell – The 40 Year Old Virgin, Get Smart) would be the perfect father, if only he could follow his own advice. Dan in Real Life is the true definition of a feel-good comedy and features a brilliant ensemble cast that also includes Dane Cook (Good Luck Chuck), Emily Blunt (The Devil Wears Prada), Dianne Wiest (Parenthood) and John Mahoney (TV’s Frasier).

I greatly enjoy this film, however only being availablr to rent rather than purchase doesnt make much sense to me.
