About this movie

As a young boy, Bruce Wayne watched in horror as his millionaire parents were slain in front of him--a trauma that leads him to become obsessed with revenge. But the opportunity to avenge his parents' deaths is cruelly taken away from him by fate. Fleeing to the East, where he seeks counsel with the dangerous but honorable ninja cult leader known as Ra's Al-Ghul, Bruce returns to his now decaying Gotham City, which is overrun by organized crime and other dangerous individuals manipulating the system. Meanwhile, Bruce is slowly being swindled out of Wayne Industries, the company he inherited. The discovery of a cave under his mansion, along with a prototype armored suit, leads him to assume a new persona, one which will strike fear into the hearts of men who do wrong; he becomes Batman!!!

This was the start of the best superhero trilogy ever made. Batman Begins recovers from the atrocities of Schumacher 's Batman and Robin. It tells the origin story of the Dark Knight, as he seeks out to avenge the death of his parents. It's dark, action-packed, and a really fun movie to watch. Christian Bale was the perfect choice to play Batman, he makes up for the poor choice of George Clooney in 97's film. The casting is great, Liam Neeson was a great choice to play Ra's al Ghul.

Was skeptical before I watched it cause this movie franchise has had so many ups and downs although you don't have to do much better to beat Batman and Robin. I liked this fresh start on the Batman saga. It did not hurt them having awesome actors playing key characters either. It's worth the money, watch and enjoy.

When comparing Batman films, I have to talk about the origin story, this is the origin of Batman in The Dark Knight trilogy. It's an epic reboot and good film in general. So much better than the third movie. The origin of Batman is rarely shown in movie form, so it's nice to see the origin of Batman in a reboot and I'm hoping the next Batman reboot is an origin story for that particular series. Watch the movie and compare with Rises, you'll see why this one is so good. Only gripe is the action scenes are kind of... edited poorly. The camera's so close to Christian Bale it's really poor handling of action scenes.
