About this movie

Accompanied by his brother Kurt (Van Damme), American kickboxing champion Eric Sloane (Dennis Alexio), arrives in Thailand to defeat the Eastern warriors at their own sport. His opponent: ruthless fighter and Thai champion, Tong Po. Tong not only defeats Eric, he paralyzes him for life. Crazed with anger, Kurt vows revenge. After a crash course in the ancient techniques of kickboxing from Thai master, Xian Chow, Kurt challenges Tong. Their battle to the finish, born of lust, power and revenge, will leave only one man standing.

Kickboxer's one of those films that probably gets a bit of stick for naff acting, silly plot, goofs etc etc. But, it is a silly martial arts flick. It does have bad acting...but...it's just one of the best of the bunch. JCVD is perfectly cast and the main baddy is brilliant. I love it!!

I love van damme films espacillaly this one my mum showed me it i enjoyed it also it is a whole lot better than kickboxer vengance

Van dame is very good in the movie lots of top action now uncut with 2 mins more action well worth watching
