This excellent movie is about facts which can be appreciated by all people with open minds, not just vegans. Those giving 1 star reviews (one saying Hollywood spreads "lies" to cash in on a "fad') aren't capable of growth past an upbringing that brainwashed them to believe in dominion over nature, & therefore have little or no empathy for animals. They're ruled only by their taste buds. They're pissed when vegan athletes win just like Hitler when Jesse Owens destroyed his white superiority myth.

A terrific documentary on a complex subject. I was worried it would be over sensationalized like a lot of other nutrition documentaries, but I was very happy with the tone and reliance on scientific facts and many example athletics. Loved that study references are shown briefly in bottom left if you want to dig deeper. Love that they understand lifetstyle changes are difficult, do what you can and go from there. It definitely address many questions I had and quite a few myths I've heard repeated. Will recommend to friends and probably watch it again.

Hands down the best plant-based documentary I've seen so far! Not only does it bust the main myths surrounding meat and health, but it also touches on the environmental impact and the animal welfare concerns of our current food system. Doctors and scientists show the hard evidence (pun intended for those who have seen the film, HAHA) on how quickly the body is affected after eating meat vs. plant-based. A++
