Just when you thought it was safe to go back in the water... Swimmers are terrorized when Florida's Sea World captures a young Great White shark, angering its 35-foot mother! Quaid plays Michael, son of police chief Brody from the first two films, who must face off with the shark. Also starring Lea Thompson and Academy Award winner Louis Gossett.

Ratings and reviews

People give this film a lot of grief but to be fair it's actually not that bad. Any sequel to 5 star film like Jaws will always be frowned upon, its not a great film by any stretch but still quite entertaining and fun (take the 3D element out),. Series should of stopped here though and not done the painfully bad Jaws the Revenge

Unbelievable. When they managed to make the first one so well. They later went on to produce this pile of poop. Unless you want the whole set, don't bother.

It's better than Jaws 4 because that one is way worse than this one plus Jaws 3 has actually scary scenes.
