Metallica ugh I was scared to watch this movie. Scared Lars Ulric would show up at my house with a law suit. Metallica lost all credibility with me when they started sueing their fans. Go away, your not relevant anymore, it's not 1989. This movie is awful, the only magical trip I want to see Metallica take, is to an early grave.

Waste of money!! The "movie" is consist of, 90% live music, and 10% small clip. I truly thought it's worth it but it's not. I don't recommend you to watch it at all. Waste of money -_-

Viva La Metallica! Incredible.....the way the mixed a disturbing,epic and insane storyline during the concert was insanely masterful and creative. Yes the story is short and while there isn't much of it it's still very entertaining! Story highlights for me was:the armored resistance member chasing Dane Dehaan, Dane literally lighting himself on fire and beating the s*** out of some baddies,Dane smashing a building and destroying over 2 blocks,the resistance members fighting the swat teams. See this movie. Love you Dane!!:)

Wont even think about watching it. The last good truly metal music they did was there 4th album And Justice for All after that they became sell outs. Cutting there hair and looking like some Justin Bieber looks like. They suck and all of there Music has since And Justice for all

Ehh Well at the end of this movie the guy gets his bag that he is fighting for through out the metallica concert in the movie, well the ending is serously STUPID because it doesn't even show what was in the bag it just ends!! Wtf

Decent concert movie for those who are still Metallica fans The Metallica performance was very solid. They are on point and not sloppy as their shows usually go. Hetfields voice holds up surprisingly well with not much high pitch screeching as he has been doing the past 15 years or so. The "story" that goes along with it, not so great. Has some okay visuals but doesn't tell much. Fortunately, it doesn't take up much of the movie. I thoroughly enjoyed the concert and that was good enough for me. It's worthy of at least a rental for those who are still fans.

Metallica I didn't understand it at first and some of it i steal don't about the story and what was in the bag the kid went and got but the band sounded amazing hope for a secound movie

Metallica... ...at their best. It's crazy to see these dudes nowadays. They're just at the height of their ability in this movie. It's theatrical and the story is more or less pointless but it's Metallica crushing a nice set of great songs and an awesome stage set up. It's fun and if you're a Metallica fan at all than it's thumbs up from you too.

The best movie I've seen in months You would think that this movie looks like complete crap from just the trailer and the description, but I'm here to tell you that all the time you spent watching this film will not be wasted. I guarantee it!

Best Ever The movie might not be much but does anyone care? Probably somebody does, but this is about the music, and the movie part just increases the effect of the music. I would say this is award material. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a million. I saw it in Imax and that made it even better.

Killer concert film. This movie is a great metallica concert movie that really puts you in the middle of the action. I enjoyed the sub plot but the band was obviously better. If you're a metallica fan watch this and enjoy the heavy metal ride.

Best concert movie I have ever seen. Great mix of live concert and film footage. It was amazing to see in IMAX as well, the 3D was terrifically done. Highly recommend to everyone. Metallica rules! #MetClubber
