President Gerald Fitzhugh (Gossett Jr.) lives in a different world -- everyone does. A year and a half ago hundreds of millions of people vanished. In the chaos, Nicolae Carpathia offered hope and now rules the entire world. But after Fitzhugh is nearly killed, he suspects Nicolae. Desperate, Fitzhugh forces journalist Buck Williams (Cameron) to help him, but soon they're both running for their lives as the world is plunged into World War III.

Were seriously in the end times people. Accept Christ before its too late. Say this prayer. Jesus I know I've sinned against u and I'm sorry. I believe that u died,were buried and that u rose again and that u will be coming again. Come into my heart and wash me white as snow. That's all it takes but for your walk with God ; you'll need his instruction manual(the Bible). Jesus is lord and God and he's the ONLY way to salvation. God bless!!!

It wasn't completely like the books but I enjoyed the movie anyway. The kirk cameron movies were the better ones. I didn't like the nicholas cage one at all. Really wished the authors wouldn't have got in Cloud Tens' & Kirk's way of finishing off the series.

I rented this movie based on the reviews here in Google. It was terrible you guys what the hell.. I understand that Revelations is one of the most popular stories in the Bible aside from Jesus, but this movie was poor on all fronts. I wasted my time and money on this strike one Google reviewer.... strike one
