Beth (Julia Louis-Dreyfus), a popular writer, and her husband Don (Tobias Menzies), are still in love after decades of marriage and parenting. When Beth overhears Don confessing that he is no fan of her latest novel, despite telling her loves it, her whole world comes crashing down. Amidst her feelings of hurt and betrayal Beth is forced to ask – has their marriage been one big fat lie?
