"Evelyn Salt (Angelina Jolie) is a CIA officer who swore an oath to duty, honor and country. When she is accused by a defector of being a Russian sleeper spy, Salt goes on the run to clear her name and ultimately prove her loyalty. Using all her skills and years of experience as a covert operative, she must elude capture and protect her family or the world's most powerful forces will erase any trace of her existence. And with her superiors convinced she's out to assassinate the president, she also must race the clock to learn the identity of the real traitor. I felt like someone took a big old piece of sh*t on me. I cannot believe I watched this bad film. What were they thinking...

The first time i saw this in theaters it had an alternative ending wasn't sure if I liked it and the second time I saw it, it just worked. I loved how it was done and how convincing some scenes were.

This was a really good movie. I wish there were options to buy and rent on all movies. I would buy the DVD and rent this. It is entertaining and just one of my favorites. Everyone I know who has seen it says it is one of their favorites also.
