About this movie

Try going a day without plastic. In this touching and often flat-out funny film, we follow "everyman" Job Berrier as he embarks on a global tour to unravel the complexities of our world. What starts as a film about plastic bags evolves into a wholesale investigation into plastic and its effect on our waterways, oceans and even our bodies. We see how our crazy-for-plastic world has finally caught up to us and what we can do about it. Today. Right Now.

Really informative and entertaining too! It's hard not to find the main guy Jeb endearing in a dorky way, and he's pretty darn thorough in his research. This is a movie everyone needs to watch...not only to help the environment but also for the sake of our own individual health and those of our babies!

My Academy saw this at the energy summit at Palm Desert San Berdino. It left we and my colleagues things to discuss and think about. Make an impact and show someone this clip!

The Greengineers and Patagonia (Newbury St, Boston) screened this a year ago and we have used it extensively in our greengineering classes. If you are committed to reducing your impact then don't just rent it, but it.
