Jaikishan and Reema are in love with each other, but are unable to marry. Jaikishan then decides to marry a wealthy heiress, Monica. He plans to subsequently divorce Monica, get a huge amount as alimony and then re-marry Reema. Everything goes according to plan, until one day Monica finds out that he has been two-timing her, she seizes his bank accounts, leaving him in financial jeopardy and in debt with a goon named Gulshan. Jaikishan decides to avenge this humiliation by asking his friend Vishal to seduce Monica. Vishal reluctantly agrees to be part of the plan and has an affair with Monica. Jaikishan is now all set to accuse Monica of infidelity, take her wealth and re-marry Reema, but fate has something else in store for him.
