Obviously the nature of Snowden being good or bad is debatable, but the reason I disliked it is they made it look as if he was this super selfless super hero who would risk life and limb for his country. He simply saw a wrong doing, reported it, and escaped while he could and became a media spectacle. And what's funny is anyone who's not an idiot will find the leaks weren't actually that ground braking if you took your time to read them properly

Garbage. Don't bother watching. Snowden is a traitor and has sparked unfounded fear in the government among ignorant people who don't understand what the NSA is doing. Don't bother watching this, don't give this trash the privilege of even one extra dollar or one extra view.

I enjoyed this movie, a little on the long side for me but nonetheless. Interesting take on the Russian involvement in protecting Snowden.
