关于此电影

Evan (Lou Taylor Pucci, Evil Dead, Thumbsucker) is a young American fleeing to Europe to escape his past. While backpacking along the Italian coast, everything changes during a stop at an idyllic Italian village, where he meets and instantly connects with the enchanting and mysterious Louise (Nadia Hilker). A flirtatious romance begins to bloom between the two; however, Evan soon realizes that Louise has been harboring a monstrous, primordial secret that puts both their relationship and their lives in jeopardy. A beautiful, fluid genre-bender from directors Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead (Resolution), Spring is an unforgettable romance of mythical proportions.

This movie was kind of unexpected for me. The preview and reviews said it was pretty good if not A ... I found it very enjoyable and I pretty much did not loose attention. However, near the final hour of the film it seemed like Evan and Louise were just practicing silly romantic banter- I felt like some scene qualities should have been chopped and were slightly unnecessary... or like of C grade quality. The story and characters and some funny dialogue- mainstream america smart made me smile somtimes. I would not have paid $6.99 to see it again. It is worth like $4.99-- This may be on like SiFi sometime.

This was a $.99 rental and for the price it was ok. The idea was original but the pace was slow and the acting from the main actor was quite weak. The actress got a pass because her character was speaking English as a second language. I also never felt like they were in love due to wooden acting. Also, the decisions make the main actor seem extremely shallow and the movie portrays it as love.

I started watching this on a tiny window on my laptop while playing Spider Solitaire. Fifteen minutes later I put it on the living room screen for a proper viewing. "Spring" is the mutant spawn of Amelie and Species. Great acting, wonderful characters, and an interesting story made this enjoyable. It has some flaws and loose ends, but worth a watch.
