I love both of them. They do have some villian and story problems but the acting, directing, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone's Chemistry, Special Effects and action make up for it. You'll find entertainment out of both. The first one is good but I like the second one a bit more because it's more fun and goofy (like a comic book).

Peter Jackson
This is the best of three Spiderman actors. As of yet, I still await someone to feel like my first comic book impression of Peter Parker, but of the three cinematic ones, this is the only good version. The MCU one feels too much like Miles Morales to be Parker, and the Toby Mcguire one is just plain tasteless. Garfield alone feels like Spiderman behind the mask as well as giving Peter his right dignity and depth.

Great movies! You really can't go wrong with these. I know this is an unpopular opinion but I liked 2 better than 1. However, both are definitely must watches for any Spider-Man fan. Also, if you came here thinking this is part of the MCU, you've been mislead. It's not sadly.
