Tom is destined to follow in the footsteps of his father by gaining employment in the depraved and often violent world of real estate. A serendipitous meeting makes him believe that he could actually become a concert pianist. He prepares for the audition with the help of a Chinese pianist, and although she does not speak French, she and Tom learn to communicate through music. However the pressure from Tom's day job soon becomes too much to handle. 2004 UGC Distribution.
