It feels good to be bad… Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

A real waste. No reason at all for the Joker to be there; his scenes could be removed entirely and it'd make zero difference to the film (aside from the fact that we'd not have had this stupid Joker, who's just a gangster with stupidly literal tattoos). We're repeatedly told that these guys and girls are the worst of the worst, but none of them seem particularly villainous. However, Margot Robbie and Will Smith do well with shoddy material, as does Viola Davis. Avoid.

Anyone who doesn't like the film is likely a comic book fanboy. It's witty, action packed and pretty damn good. From the first time I saw it on opening night at the cinema to my latest viewing it became one of my favourite films. All of the cast are amazing Will Smith is wonderful as ever, you just can't fault this man, he takes the role and makes it, every single time (except Wild Wild West obviously). There wasn't enough Jared Leto as Joker, I understand that a lot of his scenes were cut and that's a damn shame, it wasn't as good as Heath Ledgers portrayal but, it was bloody good all the same. Harley Quinn played by Margot Robbie, she steals the show, is literally a scene stealer and although I don't generally go for the skinny blonde, DAMN DAMN DAMN SHE IS FINE!!!! And an amazing actress to boot, literally can't think of anyone who would have made a better job, she really was made for that part, or vis versa, that part was made for her. All in all I loved it, it's great, a few faults but those are down to scenes missing, not enough backstories for the characters, especially Killer Croc, you get no insight in to how he became what he is. It's great!

Bad bad film. Over hyped and under acted. This movie isn't worth the price tag. Scott Eastwood should have played the main soldier part and not the other guy who appears to have learned his acting skills on Sesame St. Very disappointed. Obviously its worth watching for Harley Quinn, but only just. My legs hurt. Gotta go.
