My all time favorite movie in the world Its so cool that a mommy comes back to life just with a spell from a book. And what are these little creatures that climb up people's body what do they do it looks so weird like they have a bump that moves around looks super creepy but my little sister thinks its super super scary who would think that a mummy coming back to life is super scary plus I like The Mummy Returns better cuz they have a son and there is more adventure and it is super cooler then the mummy The Mummy Returns is so much better.
An entertaining adventure along the same vein of Indiana Jones This is the only film in the franchise worth watching. The sequels get progressively and exponentially worse, but this film is great. I'm honestly perplexed that it only has a rating of 55% on Rotten Tomatoes. The action, special effects and story all come together to make a great action/adventure film with a healthy dose of the supernatural. Enjoy it and pretend the others don't exist.
I like cheese I will not lie. This movie was quite cheesy...but in a good way. There were parts where I found myself frowning, but the acting was perfectly fine, good job Brendan Frasier, and it was humorous at some points. To tell the truth the only reason I didn't give 5 starts was because of the bad special effects. But I can assure you, once you get past that, you will love it.
It's got it all. This movie has got it all. It's got action, humor, no blood but death and ancient times. A man fighting for love. A woman fighting to settle her mistake. A man fighting for treasure. Another man fighting for peace of destiny. Not easy but they all were challenged to get what they all wanted. Just people being people. This movie came out when I was a kid and I still love this movie, it never gets old.
The Mummy Love, love, love this movie AND part II!!! AWESOME!!! Brendan Frasier is soooooo handsome!!! What a pair of lips on a man!! I just want to kiss the hell outta the screen when they do a close-up of him!!! Also, I love Imhotep too!!! NOW TALK ABOUT A MAN!!! JUST LOOKING AT HIM BRINGS CHILLS TO MY BODY!!! I WOULDN'T MIND JUST ONE NIGHT WITH HIM BOY THE THINGS THAT I WOULD DO TO IMHOTEP!!!! Later for Anaksunamun!! Don't get me wrong, she's got a banging body in the beginning of the first Mummy movie!!! Love it!

Boris Karloff's legendary performance has become a landmark in the annals of screen history. As the mummy, Im-Ho-Tep, he is accidentally revived after 3,700 years by a team of British archaeologists. It is revealed in a flashback that he was a high priest, embalmed alive for trying to revive the vestal virgin whom he loved, after she had been sacrificed. Alive again, he sets out to find his lost love. Today, over 50 years after The Mummy was first released, this brooding dream-like film remains a masterpiece not only of the genre, but for all time.

When Professor Daniel Jackson (James Spader) innocently accepts the offer of a mysterious woman to decode an ancient Egyptian artifact know only as the Stargate, he unwittingly takes the first step on an epic adventure that will span the galaxies and decide the fate of an entire planet. Colonel Jack O'Neil (Kurt Russell) a true soldier with nerves of steel and a tragic past, is brought back to active duty to commandeer the first trip through the Stargate. Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) is no ordinary archeologist. When we first see him, he is somewhere in the Peruvian jungle in 1936, running a booby-trapped gauntlet (complete with an over-sized rolling boulder) to fetch a solid-gold idol. He loses this artifact to his chief rival, a French archeologist named Belloq (Paul Freeman), who then prepares to kill our hero. In the first of many serial-like escapes, Indy eludes Belloq by hopping into a convenient plane. So, then: is Indiana Jones afraid of anything? Yes, snakes. The next time we see Jones, he's a soft-spoken, bespectacled professor. He is then summoned from his ivy-covered environs by Marcus Brody (Denholm Elliott) to find the long-lost Ark of the Covenant. The Nazis, it seems, are already searching for the Ark, which the mystical-minded Hitler hopes to use to make his stormtroopers invincible. But to find the Ark, Indy must first secure a medallion kept under the protection of Indy's old friend Abner Ravenwood, whose daughter, Marion (Karen Allen), evidently has a "history" with Jones. Whatever their personal differences, Indy and Marion become partners in one action-packed adventure after another, ranging from wandering the snake pits of the Well of Souls to surviving the pyrotechnic unearthing of the sacred Ark. A joint project of Hollywood prodigies George Lucas and Steven Spielberg, with a script co-written by Lawrence Kasdan and Philip Kaufman, among others, Raiders of the Lost Ark is not so much a movie as a 115-minute thrill ride. Costing 22 million dollars (nearly three times the original estimate), Raiders of the Lost Ark reaped 200 million dollars during its first run. It was followed by Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1985) and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), as well as a short-lived TV-series "prequel."
