About this movie

With Earth virtually destroyed, Bran Marshall flees to Rhea, a planet hostile to Earthlings. Escaping onto a Rhean supply ship, he finds the crew slaughtered, with the only survivor a female warrior named Ohsha. As the two try and kill each other, the ship is damaged by meteorites. Bran and Ohsha must join forces to salvage the craft before it impacts on the planet below - and the humans that live there. This gripping sci-fi epic stars Stephen Moyer, Casper Van Dien, and John Rhys-Davies.

Ratings and reviews

Better than I expected but not great. The female lead wasn't a good actor and her accent covered more continents than Magellan. Whilst there is some justification for the all-over-the-place accent, she just didn't sell it. The other actors were passable and even quite good in brief moments. There were some engaging scenes but the pacing was a bit patchy and the production quality varied considerably throughout. It's really 2 and a half stars but I'll be kind and give it three.
