The ridiculous dialogue, story development bordered on comical. The amount of times each character reversed roles from 'hunter' to 'hunted' as an ongoing plot device only peaked when Travolta's character finally uttered the line, "we're the same, you and I." Honestly, the best part of the movie was the credit roll, with a backdrop of flying eagles, rolling vistas, and cloud covered mountain peaks with a fine guitar piece accompanying. Almost made you forget about the arrow through the face. Almost.

The pacing is a little slower than some shows but in a good way. The themes they explore throughout the film show that both characters are two sides of the same coin, both scarred from the Bosnian war. Eventually through their battle and struggles to kill each other, they both come to terms with each other and the war which lead them to this point. I was definitely impressed by this film and the strong performances from DeNiro and Travolta. Together they show that hollywood still can produce films that dont rely soely on CGI.

One of the best I have seen this year. Not a boring minute in the film. Travolta shows just how talented he really is. Good action, very good plot line with a small cast. I recommend seeing this one I doubt you will be dissapointed.
