I would call this a feel good movie rather than a comedy. While it may make you smile, there aren't any real laugh out loud moments. Decent acting, and Carrey was on spot with his character. Not quite what I expected, but worth renting (not buying).

As much as ive soured on Carey, ive grown fond of Carell...however the character faded midway through sadly, and had it not been for the incomparable Buscemi (as well as contributions from arkin anf Mohr) id be forced to give it one less star... (btw honesty for me its sub 4, but the last time i led off with anything under an inconceivable 5 or fabulous 4 i was censored and removed.. As always xo Jeff 'Lovits '

Steve Carell and Jim Carrey. I was more than excited to go see this movie. And the first 5 mins, I realized I had made the biggest mistake. The story line is so obvious, and the movie is so awkwardly done that it overshadowed great actors like steve and jim. I am a huge fan of them but wouldn't recommend anybody to watch this movie. Nope. Just nope
