Two thousand eight was a big year for the Vegas quartet known as Panic At the Disco. After famously dropping the ! from their nomenclature, the band released their sophomore album Pretty. Odd., the follow-up to 2005's platinum debut, A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. The band eschewed their signature emo-dance party sound for classic Beatles-esque pop-rock. Touring in support of Pretty. Odd., the band headlined the annual Honda Civic sponsored tour with support acts Motion City Soundtrack, The Hush Sound and Phantom Planet. Their May 23, 2008 stop at the Congress Theater was filmed for Live In Chicago, the band's second live offering, and features new hits such as Nine In The Afternoon, That Green Gentleman (Things Have Changed) and Northern Downpour, as well as longtime fan favorites like I Write Sins Not Tragedies.
