Having been raped by her own niece, Fatma, who is physically and mentally disabled from birth, realizes that she is pregnant after a while. For Fatma, who lost her mother and father at her birth, this baby becomes a hope to end her loneliness. Fatma's uncle Recep, who does not want the baby to be born, uses violence and aborts the baby. This event will be a great destruction for Fatma and she asks for help from her own midwife, Songül. In order for this evil done to Fatma not to go unrequited, Songül performs a ritual with the invitation of Hüddam at the expense of her own life and brings the baby back.
