About this movie

A young hero, an exalted heiress, a troubled rogue, and a party girl... These are the four members of RWBY, a team brought together and trained for the sole purpose of combating the rampant evils that plague the fantastic world of Remnant. RWBY focuses on 15-year-old Ruby Rose, a young girl who has just been accepted to Beacon academy. This ancient school was founded to train the monster-slayers known as Huntsmen and Huntresses. However, Ruby will not be alone. Upon arriving at Beacon, she is promptly paired with Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long. If these four girls want to graduate they'll have to learn to work together both on the battlefield and in the classroom.

Ratings and reviews

Obviously there's problems, but it's so damn charming that it's hard to not love. I love RWBY so much. The world, the characters, the fight scenes, the heart and passion put into it is just so loveable. And the main 4: Ruby Rose, Weiss Schnee, Blake Belladonna, and Yang Xiao Long (my personal favorite character in the show) is perfect. They all have their own personalities that reflect their colors and names. Obviously this volume has issues, but seriously, after this volume the show gets crazily better in every way, and that's saying something bc I love this first volume to pieces

The voice-acting is consistently sub-par, the cg (cell-shading) is remarkably poor outside of the main characters and the plot is elementary. The one and only saving grace would be the choreography; but the style isn't for everyone and with everything else so abysmal this effort is much better off passed over.

i was watching Aninews on youtube and he said to give RWBY ice queendom a look and i thought it was epic. But when i looked at where it came from RWBY orginal i thought it was really good to. Ok the animation isnt good but i think thats what gives it so much charm, the characters have so much going story behind them. I also bought the manga from Kindle. Its worth the £5.99
