I'm not much into Wood Allen film's, I guess I am not enough of an intellectual to really ‘get them’, but I enjoyed this film. I’m always down for a movie with Javier Bardem in it. I was pleasantly surprised to see Patricia Clarkson as well. It had a good cast, overall. I have to say that I enjoyed watching Penelope Cruz’s character not be the perfect woman she always plays, it was enjoyable to see her have some faults. I enjoyed the story, I seemed well-thought out and had you guessing at how it would end. I am loving the .25 rentals, it is a great way to see some movies I haven’t been too sure about seeing, but not having to walk away feeling like I might get ripped off. Watching it on my HTC Wildfire at work helps making the day go by quickly.

This movie has such awesome characters that are both complex and very independent. Two women trying to find who they are in life and in love. It's about being open to trying new and exciting things. The character Scarlett Johansen plays shows you it's ok to go out of your comfort zone in life and not be weighted down by stereotypes. Mainly this movie is about love and how peculiar it can be.

I was very excited to see this movie but feel like my time spent watching it was a waste. Not only did almost nothing happen, it happened so slowly. I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.
